Online licensing portal to streamline cannabis business operations

In July 2024, cannabis businesses across the state gained access to a centralized system, which, according to IDOA, will significantly modernize how product and vehicle registrations are handled. Maintaining compliance through streamlined updates and real-time tracking. All vehicle updates were due to be completed by the end of 2024.

Because the improved online process now requires additional details and current uploads to ensure compliance, the Department previously communicated that all legacy product registrations must be updated before the end of the year or risk being deactivated. Products registered prior to August 2024 are considered legacy product registrations.

Illinois adopts new craft grow canopy rules
