Pennsylvania: Governor Signs Legislation Expanding Medical Cannabis Access for Qualified Patients

Under the law, which took effect upon signing, qualified patients may now legally possess up to a 90-day supply of cannabis at one time. Patients also now have the ability to consult with authorizing physicians via video conferencing and may obtain cannabis from dispensaries via curbside pick-up.

Missouri: Medical Cannabis Dispensary Licenses Awarded

State regulators have begun issuing the first of nearly 200 licenses to medical cannabis providers. Under the law, which voters approved in 2018, regulators must license a minimum of 24 dispensaries in each of Missouri’s eight congressional districts.
