Saturday, Ivy Hall Waukegan is in for a dog-day afternoon. Ivy Hall Waukegan, in partnership with Orphans of the Storm Animal Shelter , is scheduled to host its 2nd Dog Adoption event this year. The Dog Adoption is set for 11 a.m.-1 p.m. March 30. Orphans of the Storm will be onsite with three puppies available for adoption: Bianca, Ducky, and Braxton.
