Governor JB Pritzker and the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) announced that applications for “Round II” of the Cannabis Social Equity Loan Program are now open. According to the announcement, the Cannabis Social Equity Loan Program will provide $12 million in loans to social equity dispensaries through Direct Forgivable Loans (DFL) fully financed by the State of Illinois.
