Medical cannabis sales for 2023 started well below the 2022 and 2021 monthly totals. In January 2023, Illinois collected $27,621,022.42 and in February 2023 Illinois collected $26,652,042.97.

Illinois Senate bill addresses cannabis use and probation

An under-the-radar cannabis-related bill making it way through the Illinois Senate was assigned to the Subcommittee on Cannabis Thursday with a deadline established for March 24.
